-Distressed properties portfolios in United Arab Emirates
-Commercial investments in Spain, Germany and United Kingdom
-European housing and apartment portfolios
-Alternative Energy projects
-Hospitality in Europe
-Consumer companies
-Leisure and Health,
-Equity Investments in companies dealing in Corporate Lending and Corporate Discounting
-The Fund Manager with the board’s approval can invest in other areas and also change the weight of the investment in sectors
subject to Board approval
